I guess this is like a Journal? To write what one feels or believes in. I will have to come back to this. I had recieved two cortizones shots in both my shoulders today and am feeling quite quizzey. I have been in so much pain that is has become unbearable so I went and made an Doc appointment and he gave me shots. I will feel better tomarrow.
